While we put our best efforts and are sure that you will be delighted with the best of our Products, however, in a very unlikely and rare situation if you wish to return the products and avail a refund, we have a simple and easy return policy

 
For return of all products, you must inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery about your return at Ruchi.jindal@whackk.in
All items to be returned must be unused, unopened and untampered.
Please note: 
You must inform us about your return within 3 day from the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse in 10 days.  
The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. The return cost has to be born by you.
Your money will be immediately refunded on the safe arrival of the parcel you returned to us and you can expect the refund payment within 48 hours from the time we receive your parcel.

In these rare scenario, your returns are not accepted:
The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way.
You are as such requested to enquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase. Drop in a mail at Ruchi.jindal@whackk.in ,and have all your doubts cleared in a very short time.
The products are in line with industry accepted standards.

Order Cancellation: 
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note: 
 The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped. 
 If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount. 
 However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side. 
 The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customised orders are in no way eligible for cancellation.
